House Explosion - Family Displacement Emergency

Hi everyone, thank you for reading this. My husband's mom, Alex, his sister, two brothers and his terminally ill step-dad moved here to Pennsylvania months ago to be closer with us and to grow our lives together finally.

This morning at 2 am, the house they purchased just months ago burned completely to the ground from an explosion. We know so far that they've lost obviously any sort of shelter or home, a litter of 4 week old puppies, a senior dog, tortoises and every single thing they all own. Alex wasn't able to salvage even a robe to put on because of everything happening so fast. However, her and Mandalay, her daughter, managed to save both of the boys who both experience different ranges of autism ranging from non verbal to independant. She went back in and was able to also rescue most of the other pets too. Their bravery has never wavered even through flames but I know how much they need our community and won't ever ask themselves. Darin, Alex's husband and father to Rob's siblings, was already in the hospital when this happened, currently unconscious and not doing well from his terminal illness. He has no idea what's happened. Alex has always done everything herself, from taking care of her family in every capacity to making sure she never asked anyone for anything along the way... if there is anything you can do, even pray or share this, please know how much our family appreciates you and this community.
