House fire a complete loss including pets

Hi, a family friend of mine and her family had a house fire and completely lost everything. Rochelle Adame and her family, were able to get out of the house. However, one of the daughters and adult were injured. Several pets also were lost in the fire. While they have insurance it’s gonna take some time for that to come through. They walked out with the clothes on their back.
