House Fire Recovery For My Mother

Greetings all! My name is Brandon Garland

My mother Patricia Shrader, If you know her than you know the kind of person she is. Strong, selfless, and a hell of a mother. Most know her from being the momma of the neighborhood who made sure everyone was fed and off the streets. Growing up in Baltimore City her motherly compassion for everyone really made an impact on the lives of many friends I grew up with. The strength she has is something I truly admire, especially in 2020 when she had a bad fall and had to get reconstructive surgery on her spine she never lost hope even when she was told there was a chance she would walk again. She pushed herself through the pain and difficulty of her recovery and managed to get back on her feet with the assistance of a cane.

Unfortunately life dealt another blow and like last time I am asking for the love and support for her that many had shown last time. I know a lot of people came together today(5/15/2021) when it happened to help her with what possessions survived the fire and give her thee support she needed. I can't thank those individuals enough. 

Unfortunately  her house caught fire, sadly not much was able to be recovered from the house. Fortunately she is okay as she wasn't home when it happened. I'm also sad to say her cat Tigger did not make it out.
