Hey everyone, on Saturday night just gone, a very close mate of mine had his life turned upside down due to a sudden electrical fire in his garage, burning down his entire house and belongings in a matter of minutes.
James Kirkwood, an incredible bloke and loving father of two beautiful girls, lost not only his house but also irreplaceable memories and invaluable items that money cannot replace.
He has shared some photos which show the extent of the damage, and we are honestly so thankful that the fire occurred whilst he was awake so that he was able to escape unharmed.
Despite this tragedy, James remains hopeful and resilient, but a few of us thought it would be a good idea to try and raise funds for him to help get his life back on track. While he is currently figuring out the details, he has lost clothes, furniture, kitchen supplies, and other essentials in the fire and has been displaced.
