Black Non-binary Individual Seeking Stability

Hi everyone!!!! Thank you for taking the time out of your day to check out my GoFundMe. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My name is Anthony Hemmingway but most people know me as Tony. I am a 21-year old black non-binary drag artist and creative living in New Jersey. I am currently seeking assistance with relocation costs and to further my education.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Like a lot of others I have been out of work due to COVID-19. I have yet to receive any sort of unemployment benefits or stimulus check to aid me. I also do not have the most comfortable living situation. I currently do not have a room or bed to sleep in and it is becoming a hindrance for me. In 2021 the lease will not be able to be renewed, therefore I must seek shelter elsewhere. Having stable housing allows me to continue practicing my craft and living my life without fear or worry of being displaced. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Since all this has started money has been tight. My previous employer decided to cut my pay which has forced me to look for work again. I have yet to hear back from any job leads but will continue to search. Right now my only income is the tips I receive from digital drag shows which has not been enough to sustain myself.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ In the fall I also plan on attending cosmetology school in order to hone one of my talents and monetize from it. Tuition, transportation, along with supplies and tools will cost around $3,000. This would be a big deal for me because being able to attend school allows me to create a solid future for myself.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ I am always so hesitant to ask others for help but I have been reaching a breaking point and need assistance. It is so difficult to create stability as a black queer non-binary individual and the system has done little to nothing to help; community is all I have at this moment.
