I started this page to help my friend, John Harris, raise money for a security deposit on an apartment.
Despite having success in the City's Public Service Trainee program and obtaining a full time job - John needs help securing a place to live. John is able to spend about $800-$1,000 a month on rent, but needs help with his security deposit. Without a security deposit, John won't be able to secure housing and will be forced to continue living in his truck behind a church. John isn't looking for anything fancy, he just wants a bed to rest, and a bathroom to keep clean.
