Hi my name is Kim and I am doing this fundraiser in order to raise money for housing and to hire movers. I am facing homelessness as a disabled senior due to a housing crisis that occurred in Sarasota. I lost my section 8 unjustly 2 years ago, and due to an ongoing narcissistic abusive environment I was too ill to fight to get it back. I have faced major sleep deprivation, my phone has been destroyed, my pet died, my laptop has been damaged and my car was totaled. I am now being evicted in a very short period of time. I have done extensive research with hundreds of agencies only to find out that there is no help available. I have reached out to many churches as well, including ones that I'm a member of and attend online weekly, to no avail. I'm not eligible to stay in a shelter due to severity of my disabilities, and living in my car would cripple me and would cause my immune system to shut down. It is also not safe. I will not survive. I need to hire movers now in order to downsize my storage and move everything out of where I am staying before it's too late. I'm hoping to be able to find a room to rent for a time if I can raise enough money. I do hope and pray that you will help me during this serious crisis. Thank you so much. God bless you.
