Our hearts are full of grief and sorrow with the unexpected death of Jake Abramowicz on Saturday, September 18, 2021, age 44. Jake will be missed by many dear friends and family and leaves behind his loving wife Veronica, his adored son Gabriel, loving brother and sister Marcin and Paulina and a huge circle of family and friends.
His passing was sudden and shocking but – because Jake believed enjoying life was paramount – he would surely not want anyone to feel down for long. The Mortgagejake Scholarship Fund has been created for the purpose of providing assistance to students from disadvantaged communities in Toronto entering an Ontario University. We know this is exactly how Jake would have wanted to be remembered and would be happy knowing his legacy of giving would continue. Thank you for you support and feel free to share this page.
