Hi everyone // Hola a todos,

We are reaching out with heavy hearts as our beloved dog, Mimi, is currently hospitalized due to aspiration pneumonia. She is struggling to breathe on her own and requires oxygen support and intensive treatment to help her recover. The medical bills are quickly adding up, and we need help to give Mimi the care she needs. // Hoy recurrimos a ustedes con el corazón en la mano, ya que nuestra querida perrita Mimi está hospitalizada debido a una neumonía. Está teniendo dificultades para respirar por sí sola y necesita oxígeno y un tratamiento intensivo para recuperarse. Las facturas médicas están aumentando rápidamente, y necesitamos su ayuda para darle a Mimi la atención que necesita.

Mimi has been through so much in her life. We adopted her as a senior dog after she endured years of abuse—she was kicked, hit, thrown, and kept locked in a closet. Despite her heartbreaking past, Mimi is the sweetest and most loving dog you could ever meet. Since bringing her into our home, we have done everything possible to give her the life she deserves, full of love, safety, and happiness. // Mimi ha pasado por mucho en su vida. La adoptamos cuando ya era mayor después de haber sufrido años de abuso—fue golpeada, pateada, tirada y mantenida encerrada en un clóset. A pesar de su triste pasado, Mimi es la perrita más dulce y amorosa que puedan conocer. Desde que la trajimos a nuestro hogar, hemos hecho todo lo posible para darle la vida que siempre mereció, llena de amor, seguridad y felicidad.

All we want is for Mimi to get better so she can continue enjoying the life she was meant to have. She’s fought so hard to heal from her past trauma, and now she’s fighting for her health. Her 14th birthday is coming up, and we just want her to make it there, happy and healthy! // Lo único que queremos es que Mimi se recupere para que pueda seguir disfrutando la vida que tanto se merece. Ha luchado mucho para sanar de su pasado, y ahora está luchando por su salud. Su cumpleaños número 14 se acerca, y solo queremos que llegue a celebrarlo feliz y saludable.

After some days fighting for her health, Mimi has sadly passed away 02/17/25. All the help received will go towards the cost of cremation as well. // Después de unos días de a ver luchado por su salud, Mimi tristemente falleció 02/17/25. Toda la ayuda recibida también irá hacia el costo de la cremación.
