HRC Races for Quinn's Fight Against Neuroblastoma

In less than 10 weeks, Highland Run Club has raised over $10,000, and now we are hoping to match our miles and raise $11,000 for Quinn!!! The support and response has been incredible, and keep the miles, smiles, and dolla bills coming #ForQuinn

My name is Jen Lambert and I am the founder of a youth summer running club called Highland Run Club (HRC). For 7 years over 300 youth (ages 18 months to 18 years) run for 10 weeks - every summer weekday morning between Memorial Day and the 2nd week of August. My runners run over 10,000 miles to raise $10,000 for a cause.

This year we are beyond motivated to run for QUINN! Quinn is on my boys soccer club, and back in February 2024, Rio FC won their St. George Winter Cup soccer tournament in honor of Quinn.

After connecting with Quinn's mom, Karen Danielson, and learning more about his story, my heart was overwhelmed.

Quinn is 5 years old, and was recently diagnosed with Neuroblastoma - a childhood cancer with a 50% survival rate. He is the youngest of 7 children. Like most five year old boys, he loves soccer, legos, pasta, puppies, and ALL the play time and reading stories with his siblings.

His journey since January has consisted of many blood tests, chemo treatments, hospital visits, and he is preparing for surgery and a bone marrow transplant this summer. This is an incredible challenge for any family, and we are hoping to help with all the many medical costs that are just starting. The journey to healing and recovery is like climbing a mountain, and we plan to help climb it with the Danielson family.
