Help with medical bills

My husband, Scott has an appointment with a back surgeon next month to have his second surgery. His first one was in 2017 to fuse his L4 and L5 vertebrae. He has since still has back pain but it's gotten worse to the point of being unbearable especially these past few months. He had an MRI done and found out he has spinal stenosis as well as some other things going on. Basically his vertebrae have become unstable and one is slipping over another. The surgery is necessary or else he could experience paralysis and or loss of bowel and bladder control. This surgery will hopefully be successful in stopping further damage and also to ease the pain he has been in. We are reaching out for help as this has hit us when times are already tough. I have had some health issues as well and we have already incurred some medical bills. His surgery cost will be extremely expensive. We do have insurance but however will still be hit with a few thousand dollars in out of pocket costs.
