Assist in Overcoming Car Accident Setback

Hey guys, got into a car accident today 11/04/2024. I totaled the car I just bought around a week ago. The accident wasn’t anybody’s fault I advanced into an intersection while waiting to turn left and got into a head on sort of crash. I slammed into my door and injured myself, I can’t prove that though because I’ve reached my deductible on my insurance this year and can’t afford medical treatment. I didn’t invest in collision insurance because honestly I can’t afford it. This whole situation isn’t going to completely derail me like it would’ve in the past, I’ve worked way too hard to throw it all away. Normally I wouldn’t ask for help and even now I won’t ask for much. I’ve set my goal at $500 I don’t expect to reach it but anything helps. Thank you.
