HRT Prescriptions and rent

Hi, my name is Monty.
I am a British trans man who has just been prescribed testosterone after a near unbearable wait. I need help to afford my medical costs each month so I can continue to take HRT.
As well as T, I am also taking venlafaxine for BPD and depression.
The first month of my medical bills will be through private care, and so they will cost me £110 (not including my depression meds). I am working on getting my GP to organize shared care for my hormones which means that by the time my first prescription of T runs out, I should be able to get my HRT on NHS prices instead (which stands at around £10 per item).
If this is organized, then I will be paying for venlafaxine and approx three dispensers of T gel a month, which averages to £40 a month in medical expenses. I am looking into NHS med certificates which can help the cost come down, but regardless it would be amazing to get financial help even with the certificates.
I am currently unemployed due to mental illness, and therefore I will also need support with my rent if at all possible. My rent comes to around £900 a month. I have only placed the gofundme goal at 1k as I didn't want it to look too unapproachable, however I pay my rent quarterly at the cost of £3000 each time. Of course, this is a lot of money especially for someone who is currently unemployed which is why I have included it in my gofundme.
Any help at all would be really appreciated.
