Harmony (H.S) Solar Car Project TX

Hi! We are high school students from Harmony Science Academy,El Paso  and we would like to compete in this year's Solar Car Challenge which consists of research, design, developing, fabrication, and testing our own functional car to run on solar power.We competed in last year's tournament at Texas Motor Speedway and would like to take on a bigger challenge for this year's tournament, Which is to take our car from Dallas,TX to Minneapolis, MN. Accomplishing this goal is not easy, but it is why we choose to take on the task. The goal is to build a solar car durable enough to survive the 941 mile race. There are several obstacles that we will meet on the road to success, helping us to fund this endeavor will go a long way and we would greatly appreciate your financial support.Please remember that every little bit counts!
