In December 26 2020, I was diagnosed with Cirrhosis of the liver; I don't drink or smoke. This was caused by an autoimmune disease that I had no control over. When the symptom started, it was too late. Since September, I have been in and out of the hospital for multiple issues caused by this. I just recently spent 15 days in the hospital from January 1st to the 15th. During that time, I was evaluated by the Liver transplant team of Doctors and went through multiple tests. I was approved by the Doctors for the Liver Transplant, but I have to wait on the insurance company's approval. During this time from September to now, I have missed a lot of work which is causing me not to be able to pay the hospital what I owe, and this has created more stress on me than needed. I just keep praying everything will work out and try to keep a positive attitude towards this.
