HSP 100 Mile Rowathon

Donation protected
After a 3-year enforced break, the Herts Sports Partnership Team is returning to the 100 mile Rowathon Challenge on Thursday 2nd February 2023. The HSP Team and friends will be rowing their way to 100 miles throughout the day at Herts Sports Village to raise funds and awareness for two worthy causes in Hertfordshire.

Half of the proceeds of the event will go towards providing sport and physical activity opportunities for asylum seekers, refugees, evacuees and other settlers into Hertfordshire - in partnership with the Herts Welcomes Refugees charity. The remainder will be used to support the efforts of UH employee Andrew Taylor who has been selected to represent Great Britain and Northern Ireland in The World Transplant Games in Perth Australia in April 2023.

Both causes are advocates for community and the role that sport and physical activity has in improving physical and mental health and well-being. We hope you can support are efforts and follow the journey on the day via our Twitter page.
