Give Back to Jack

Hello, my name is Bruce Dostal,

I am writing to you on behalf of my good friend and colleague Jack Sudol. I have known Jack and his family for over 20 years. Many of you know Jack either through his role working for various underwriters in the New Jersey Title Industry or through his involvement and current position as President of The New Jersey Land Title Association.

In late 2022 Jack was diagnosed with a very rare and highly aggressive form of liver disease. After battling through for over 40 days in the hospital, Jack received a liver transplant in January 2023 and is now home with his family recovering. His wife and three young sons, Jack Jr. (Age 11), Jacob (Age 6) and James (Age 3) are all grateful to have their “daddy” back!

A liver transplant is a risky and expensive procedure. Although his medical insurance covers 80% of the cost of his surgery and hospital stay, Jack’s out-of-pocket cost is expected to exceed $500,000 for which he had to sign a personal financial guarantee. I am reaching out to you, his friends and colleagues in our industry, to join me in helping Jack and his family through these difficult times. Every small contribution helps.
