Help Sherri Denton

Hi, my name is Destiny and I have set this go fund me up for my mom, Sherri Denton. Let me give you a little bit of a back story so that you know why we need your help..

On January 10, my mom tested positive for Covid. After 10 miserable days and her health only declining, she was finally admitted into the hospital on January 20th. She then was diagnosed with Covid Pneumonia and was put on oxygen, as her oxygen levels were in the 80s. She spent the next 10 days fighting for her life in the hospital. She was miserable and the stay was traumatizing, as she could hear the other patients screaming, crying and dying all around her. After several days, they were still struggling to get her oxygen levels up but after many prayers, her levels started to improve. On January 30th, my mom was sent home on 4 liters of oxygen. She was still sick, but the hospitals are crowded and they needed the bed. We had no choice but to get her home, ready or not.. Days passed and her health began to decline once again, despite several meds and the oxygen.

That brings us to today, February 10th. My mom has been readmitted into the hospital and the doctor said her Pneumonia is worse. They also discovered that her heart is enlarged and her D dimer is high. Prayers for her health and recovery are greatly appreciated.

So, why do we need your help? Sherri is the only source of income in her household. With how long she has been sick, she has been unable to work. She spent all of her savings during her first hospital stay and even got blessed with help paying her rent. With her savings gone and rent/bills coming up again, we are asking for you to donate, share and pray/send healing thoughts. My moms body is fighting so hard and she needs to focus her energy on healing and getting better. If we could cover her rent/bills and even food for her kids while she recovers, it would take so much weight off of her shoulders.

Please help my mom, we need her to get better. She’s a beautiful, thoughtful, loving, wonderful person and she deserves a break from everything that life has been throwing at her.
