Help Rebuild After Tragic House Fire

As some or few may know my mother-in-law has lost her home due to an intentional house fire that was set to try and kill her by her other son-in-law after he strangled her and tried to break her arm. Stole her car, wrecked it and hurt several other families as well... She has lost everything including her puppy that was only 8 weeks old. She didn't have renters insurance so we are starting from scratch on everything. This will mainly be used for necessities, clothes, and hygiene/health care just until she can get back on her feet... Don't tell her any of this please, she isn't expecting anything. I'll be creating a list of everyone, thank you in advance.
