Hi everyone! I’m fundraising for my sister, Darlene Cotton. She went to the hospital with chest pains and tingling in her face. The doctor at the hospital was treating her for depression since we recently lost our mother. Come to find out, she was having a stroke. The stoke damaged the bottom of the back right side of her brain. This is the part of the brain that controls her vision. She has lost most of her vision and will need stroke rehabilitation therapy. However, she has no insurance and lives on a fixed income. I’m trying to raise enough money that she can put all her strength into her therapy to learn to live with her vision loss.
