In Memory of Andre

Family, Friends & Community Members: Lisa Retana and Ryno Lara are heartbroken following the tragic loss of their son and the best big brother ever, Andre. Andre was tragically involved in a fatal bicycle collision on his way to Graham Middle School in Mountain View, CA on Thursday, March 17th. 

Andre was loved by everyone who knew him and brought light and love to his friends, family, and extended community. At 13-years-old, Andre will forever be remembered as a precious big brother, beloved son, cherished grandson, and generous friend. He was an academic scholar, athlete, sports enthusiast, and simply an angel among us. 
 
The Retana and Lara family are devastated by the sudden loss of Andre, and together we want to stand by them. In addition to your kind words, thoughts, and prayers as support you may also donate to the family here. Andre is and will always be the light and love of his family, and we wish to carry on his kind spirit. Let us come together to help us shower his family in this time of unimaginable loss.
