Hubert howard has passed away 12/11/19. My father was from the windrush generation scheme, he fight to improve he was legal in England but sadly got seriously ill while wait for his citizen ship and compensation. My father received he citizen ship and not long after passed away. Because of the situation my father didnt have funds to have a funeral and burial.
Hubert didnt want to be cremated.
