Update: Huda has reported, it is believed the fire started with the tablet on the refrigerator. Huda has been made beneficiary and has direct access to funds. Please continue to donate, everything is pretty much a complete loss and will have to be replaced. Thank you to all that have donated!!

Hi, my name is Crystal, and I am fundraising for Huda Alubahi and her family. You all may remember Huda as the mother who lost her 3 year old son, Jha’ lil during the December 10th tornado that destroyed her home and many others in Mayfield. Tragedy has struck this family AGAIN. The family’s new home caught fire last night and will most likely be a total loss. The home has insurance but will not be enough to replace the home and its contents. Let’s be honest, the family has been through enough already. Huda did not receive a free home as a result of the tornado and is making a mortgage payment on the home.
