Support for the Hudspeth Family

The Hudspeth family of Portland, TX very recently suffered the tragic and premature loss of their loving father, and they need the support of their friends, family, and community now more than ever. Though I cannot even begin to understand what they are going through right now, I know from years of experience that they are some of the most kind-hearted, generous, and loving people I have ever met, and I truly cannot imagine a family more deserving of any amount of help we can provide. It breaks my heart to think about what they must be going through.
It is my intention that this money will be used to help pay for funeral costs, college tuition, bills, day-to-day expenses, and anything else they need to get through these unbelievably difficult times.
It would mean the world to me to be able to raise any amount of money for the Hudspeth family. However, with the support of the community, I truly believe we can reach our goal of $10,000. It goes without saying, but 100% of all donations will go directly to the Hudspeth's. I will be eternally grateful to anyone who contributes anything at all to help one of the most wonderful families I have ever had the pleasure of knowing through this tragedy.
One in four Americans will at some point suffer through mental illness, and less than 40% of those suffering seek treatment and are clinically diagnosed. Suicide is not an epidemic - suicide is the result of someone's mind wandering to the darkest places imaginable and causing that person to think that the only answer to their problems is to remove themselves from this world far before their time.
Whether you know the Hudspeth family personally or just thought of someone in particular that may be currently going through a tough time in their life, I beg of you to do your part and help put an end to this vicious cycle.
