Hughie Kennedy & Jason Turk Musician P3 Visa Fund

Hi, we're Dain Forsyth and Grace Broadhead, and we're raising funds for Cork-based Irish musicians Hughie Kennedy and Jason Turk's P3 (teaching musician) Visas. Generally P3 Visas cost $3,000, and they can remain active up to a year. We're to have Hughie and Jason stay in New Mexico and tour and teach throughout the southwestern states, including Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and Texas, and perhaps as far west as California.

As members of the Southwest Ramblers they'll be joined by Grace Broadhead and myself, Dain Forsyth.

We have researched the process, obtained a sponsoring organization, the New Mexcio Irish American Society, and are working on booking specific teaching locations in and around New Mexico. Both Hughie and Jason are seasoned teachers, and can teach all ages.

Your contribution to supporting our visiting musicians will help provide your musical community excellent learning opportunities.

Both Grace and I have already begun performing house concerts in the Albuquerque and surounding area to raise funds for this cause. So, join us in raisng these funds and join our larger Irish Music community throughout the southwest.
