Hi, I'm Hull History Nerd, and I'm telling the story of my home city, Hull, and the surrounding area in a series of films on YouTube. This appeal started out as a drone fund, and we made it! I thought about closing it, but I have realised over the last couple of years that running a Youtube channel and making high quality videos can get quite expensive, as can replacing broken or worn down gear, so I have renamed it the "Support Hull History Nerd" appeal! Basically, if you don't want to commit to a Patreon style thing with monthly support, but you still want to make a one-off donation to help me out, this is the place to do that. Honestly, it doesn't matter if it's the price of a coffee, or the price of a new camera, any donation you make will be most welcome and help me make ends meet, and enable me to focus more attention on these videos rather than my other work - and that helps me to make more videos more often!
