Hulsey-Wray Medical Expenses

Donation protected
On Monday, October 31st, Mickey had a TIA. On Thursday, November 3rd, she had a minor ischemic stroke. On Saturday, November 5th, Mr. Labi missed when trying to jump on his bed and obtained an avulsion fracture on his right hind leg. At this time, it is suspected that he has bone cancer and will have to have his leg amputated. He will need a wheelchair to support both of his back legs because he has lumbar spondylosis and cannot fully support himself. If enough money can be raised, he will also need chemotherapy/radiation treatments.

Mickey is recovering well and only has a slightly droopy eye, paresthesia and weakness on her right side, and a bit of trouble recalling past events/memories. Mr. Labi is acting just as goofy as usual but is easily in pain--and very uncomfortable. His leg is about three times the size it usually is.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could contribute anything to help with the medical expenses or share the link for the Hulsey-Wray family. Multiple cards have been maxed out to pay for the services already performed for prior medical expenses, and there will still be more in the following months. Debt Forgiveness is the next action to conquering the piling debt. Every little bit helps. We appreciate your time, effort, and thoughts/prayers. Thank you so much.

Other medical obstacles the Hulsey/Wray family has faced in 2022:
January: Mickey and T both had multiple kidney stones.
February: Mickey re-entered treatment for binge eating.
March: Mr. Labi had a suspected diagnosis of Eosinophilic Granuloma Complex for ulcerated lesions all over his body. It became overwhelmingly painful, and we began treatment for him. The ulcerated lesions started to clear up, and he began to get better.
April: Mr. Labi almost passed away due to having a severe reaction to the high dosages of his medications and had to be put on liver supplements. Mickey began to lose the ability to use her upper body. She obtained severe bilateral carpal and cubital tunnel.
May: Thumper had to have an emergency foreign body surgery. Mr. Labi began to recover.
June: Mickey had progressively worsened with her carpal and cubital tunnel but discovered that she was receiving too much estrogen while trying to control her interstitial cystitis, causing severe joint pain and inflammation. She also began to decrease all of her head medications because they were causing her to have episodes of recurrent binge eating.
July: Mickey's interstitial cystitis pain resumed, but her joints started to decrease in inflammation. She got an infection from impacted and erupted wisdom teeth that can't afford to be taken out yet, and while at the dentist, she learned she needed 3 root canals, 2 extractions, and all of her teeth need to have composite put in. They haven't been fixed yet, but only a few are regularly painful. Mr. Labi began having focal seizures.
August: Mickey had eye surgery to fix scarring from chronic allergies and vision correction, but the aqueous layer was not healing correctly. She is still receiving treatment for attempting to heal her eyes.
Sept: T was involved in a house fire and had 2nd to 3rd-degree burns on the bottom of his feet. He ended up needing crutches for two months after that. All animals and both humans had mild carbon monoxide poisoning from no ventilation--just moderate chest pain when breathing, coughing, and lethargy.
October: Mickey had her first gallstones and two urinary tract infections from an interstitial cystitis flare-up. She had a moderate reaction to one of the antibiotics because she needed a high dose due to a cat scratch she received on her neck/near her lymph node at work. Mr. Labi and Thumper obtained bacterial skin infections.
