Help Ukrainian Citizens NOW
Donation protected
We are providing humanitarian relief to the people of Ukraine, who are in desperate need of food, water, medication, medical supplies, personal hygiene products, and means of evacuation. Our goal is to raise resources for the benefit of the MOST VULNERABLE: newborns, children, young and expectant mothers, elderly, disabled, sick or injured in hospitals, maternity wards, orphanages.
To reach our goal we work with individuals and volunteer groups on the ground in Ukraine and bypass the logistic stumbling block that poses a challenge to bigger organizations. Our vast network in Ukraine provides names of people in need in their communities, so money and material support is sent rapidly. Donations are funneled from Western Banks to verified Ukrainian bank accounts. Privat-Bank banking app is used for direct transfers to individuals in need. Within Ukraine, the transfers are instantaneous (like Zelle or Venmo in the US).
In the first two weeks of the Russian invasion we helped over 300 people and distributed over $75,000. A snapshot of the funds disbursed:
1. Food for women in maternity ward hit by Russian bombs in Zhitomir
2. Food and medical supplies to a group of children after surgery who are cared for by their surgeon and parents in Kharkov
3. Pregnant woman whose family died in a missile strike in Zhitomir
4. Food and clothes for elderly in Kharkov that spent many days in a bomb shelter
5. Food and medications for families in the greater Kharkov region who do not have ways to access humanitarian aid delivered to the city and smaller towns
People thank us with tears in their eyes. This aid makes the difference between going to bed hungry or nourished; forgoing or securing needed medications; remaining in, or escaping this horror war.
We will not donate to charitable organizations; our goal is direct payments to individuals. The donation is not tax deductible.
