Humanitarian Aid Operations In Ukraine

UPDATE: Having returned after accomplishing the goals of working with Marina Poltavets-Medvedeva's chaplain/humanitarian aid team and making connections with a variety of contacts who led me to an international Paramedic/Rescue team, I will be returning to Ukraine on May 3rd to join them.
I am responsible for securing housing for the team, as well as providing for my living and travel expenses while in country. Moreover, we are helping to raise the funds for a vehicle for one of the contacts with whom Marina's team works, as well as dog food for each trip 'in', as there are innumerable homeless dogs who depend on the humanitarian aid workers to bring in food.
Your help is vital to the success of the Paramedic/Rescue team and Marina's contact group's continuing work. Having seen the brutal reality of life in the east - partial homes standing amidst piles of rubble, all windows in villages and towns that have been bombed are blown out, and citizens who are now in the path of the war as spring brings a renewed initiative for Ukraine to put a decisive end to the war crimes and terrorism that has gripped the country for more than a year - I am ready to join my team to do anything I can to help the wounded, bring humanitarian aid and evacuate those who need that service. Thank you for your support.
[original post] As the Russian invasion of Ukraine has progressed relentlessly since last February, I have been urgently seeking an avenue by which I can render assistance to the Ukrainian people. I recently completed Executive Protection security training, acquiring a skill-set that is readily transferable to personnel extraction operations like those currently being undertaken in the war zone. My prospective employers prefer that I be fluent in Ukrainian before hiring on, therefore I have begun looking to volunteer with the humanitarian aid workers operating in Ukraine, specifically Marina Poltavets-Medvedeva.
You can help. I will be volunteering to ride along and provide whatever services I can at this point. An expected side benefit to working with Ukrainian nationals will be to receive immersion-level language training. I anticipate leaving for Ukraine in time to arrive in Kyiv before February 3rd. Obviously, all of my expenses must be paid for out of pocket. Your support is key to ensuring that I can get to Ukraine and participate in delivering humanitarian aid to the front, as well as providing my own personal protection equipment (like a helmet) as well as medical supplies.
I am asking you to consider donating $100.00 to insure that this project to provide vital humanitarian aid to the war-torn, ravaged people of Ukraine will be realized.
Naturally, every penny counts. If $100.00 is not possible for you at this time, any donation will be greatly appreciated
Thanks for participating in my journey.
