Humanitarian Supplies for the Guatemalan People

Hello, my name is Hans,

I am a retired RN and over the past 3 years, I have been driving donated humanitarian supplies from Vancouver Island down to Guatemala. I work with the Organizacion De Jovenes Guatemaltecos Para El Bienestar to support the communities and ensure that the items I bring are making the largest impact possible for the people in the area.

I regularly bring clothing, shoes, school supplies, tools, kitchen items, and postpartum supplies as well as anything else that may support the communities in the area.

Over the past 3 years, I have covered the costs of this personally. Of course due to the increased costs of such a venture I am looking to see if there is an opportunity for others to support. If you feel that you would have the ability to offer a small donation to such a cause I would appreciate your support as I am sure those that rely on this would as well.

If this were to gain funding over and above the costs of the trip, all funds would be donated towards Organizacion De Jovenes Guatemaltecos Para El Bienestar.
