HUMANZEE follows Jane Howell, a lonely woman ostracized by her community who holds a secret - deep in her basement, Jane houses her half-human, half-chimpanzee son Ziggy. When a figure from her past re-enters her life, Jane must decide whether to risk the world discovering her secret or to kill her hybrid son for his own good.

This film is a dream project, and we need your help to make it the best it can possibly be. Every donation counts, no matter the size. All funds raised will go towards:

Producing a handmade Humanzee facial prosthetic appliance based on our lead actor's face.
Feeding and compensating our cast and crew
Purchase of props, costumes and set decoration
Renting lighting and camera equipment
Insuring our production
Soundtrack Production
Post-Production costs (Sound mixing, Color Grading, etc.)
Film festival submission fees
