Humble Hero Games Hurricane Recovery

Hi There!

I am a frequent player at HHG (Humble Hero Games) and friend to the owner, Mike.

Unfortunately, with the last hurricane, Mike took a huge loss, with his entire store flooding and losing thousands of dollars in both merchandise and card singles. Just in product alone he lost ~30k, and insurance is not going to be covering any of it, including any damages to the store as well.

The store will be shut down for at least a week, also leading to a massive hit not just in in-store sales but also the ability to host people to play, as well as seeing a huge loss just due to in-store repairs alone too.

I wanted to create this GoFundMe to help Mike, and his wife Corrine, get back on their feet after a huge loss that sadly occurred just before his birthday. Mike has gone above and beyond in not just creating an amazing community, but providing an amazing place to play games and amazing prices that have not just saved me massive amounts of money but hundreds of others too. Mike is a beacon of light for us gamers in the community and I hope that we can give back to him as he has to us.
