Humble request for assistance

We never expected to find ourselves in this situation. My mother, Glyn Bridges, paid a last visit to South Africa this month as she knew (because of her age) this would be the last opportunity for her to see family and friends.
Unfortunately, unbeknown to us, she did not take out medical insurance!! The day before she was due to fly back to England, she had a freak fall and broke her femur. This resulted in surgery and 2 days later she is now in ICU with a blockage in the left ventricle in her heart and now requires heart bypass surgery.
The medical fees are now mounting and as her family we now find ourselves in this desperate situation! We are so far away but more importantly we are not going to have enough funds.
We humbly ask for any assistance and help us to bring this wonderful, warm mother and grandmother home.
