Creating a line of tropical sauces.

I have been working as a Personal Chef for over 6 years. I have recently decide to market some of the sauces and dips I use for my cocktail parties. Creating a new line of tropical rum sauces, to be used as a dip or a finishing sauce for seafood and chicken.
