Abused quarterhorse his story he was found tied to a tree by an older gentleman, his previous owners abdomen him. Leaving the older gentleman who had no horse experience, he had no choice but to tie him to a tree to avoid getting hit by a car. Horses are prey animals, although the gentleman was protecting the horse, mentally he was not. Fast forward. The property where the horse was at got sold to a family that took the horse and cared for him, but the mental damage done before was to far gone and he has a bum leg from his past that we are not sure about. It does require medication

We think that it's in Hunks' best interest that he just lives as a sanctuary horse. He has lots of personality and loves visitors. Bring carrots, apples, or peppermint and come see our beautiful boy.
