Hello,
Let us just say we are so grateful for people like you choosing to walk with people like us.
They are are high school sweethearts and each other’s first kiss. They married when Katie had just turned 22.
After four years, they tried to start a family. They went to a doctor after a year. That then followed a two miscarriages and then an ectopic pregnancy. The next two years were filled with surgeries, 100 plus needles, and repeated IVF failures. They are now 5 years past the point of trying to start their family with 3 embryos left that they are scared to transfer to Katie.
This led them to the difficult decision that as parents they felt led to make; that they needed to sacrifice their desires for the sake of their children. It is more important to hold their babies this side of heaven, than being pregnant.
We need your help to bring them home.
To do that, they have to ask for a service they wouldn’t have the opportunity for, were it not for modern technology, microscopes and fancy degrees.
Surrogacy.
All of that means nothing without the kindness of another woman willing to work with people like us who no longer have any stones to flip over. And they couldn’t do it at all without the kindness of their many friends and family that have chosen to join with us, cry and pray with us.
Along the way the Lord has revealed to them many of the hidden blessings in infertility. We are equally humbled and blessed that you find yourself on this page willing to help us with this heavy financial burden. They say it takes a village to raise a child, in our case it has taken a village to have a child. From the bottom of our hearts thank you.
