Hurricane Laura - Help Mike & Dee

When Hurricane Laura landed in southwest Louisiana on August 26th, our friend and colleague Mike Cironi, who lives in Lake Charles, suffered catastrophic damage to his home. He and his wife Dee left before land fall, however the roof on their home was compromised and torrential rains damaged everything within the house. They have insurance and have started the long process of rebuilding, however if you have ever lived through a natural disaster you know you do not come out ahead even with insurance. Life will be upside down for them for the next six months, the have found a rental in Lafayette that they will son move into. The shop where Dee worked was also destroyed in the hurricane,  so that additional income will be gone for a while.

Many have asked me how can we help, I know that Mike would not ask for the help himself, but I think a nominal donation will send the message that we care about them. And while we are not there with glove, hammer or shovel we can show them that we want to help out.
