Hurricane Zeta family car squished by transformer

Hello, my name is Reagan and my family just lost our car due to Hurrican Zeta. Four transformers fell on top of my moms car. I am fundraising for my mother, Kimberly. My mother is one of the kindest, strongest, most resilient people I know. She's a widowed waitress who has worked so very hard to provide for my brother and I over the years. We do not make a lot of money and are in no means able to afford another car. I'm not so sure where to turn considering our insurance only covers liability. My family and I have lived in Louisiana our entire lives. We just moved into an  apartment on Oak Street two or so weeks ago so my mom could be closer to my brother and I as we both go to Tulane University. We are both completely reliant on financial aid.
