Hurt scared feral cat

I am doing this fundraiser for a scared hurt feral cat my neighbor and I feed in Rosedale Queens. Cat is in a lot of pain, he is limping, leg looks broken, he is drooling, looks like dental problems.

Cat will not allow us to get close as he is scared of humans. We are trying to get enough funds to take him to a vet. Any amount will be greatly appreciated.
