Out of resources

Hello my name is Joseph Cannella, this is incredibly uncomfortable/ embarrassing, I've always been independent and helped others when I could unfortunately I am on the other side now, I have been sick for some time now and have fallen behind with all my creditors  alltthough  the insurance covers my treatments the cost of of the medication is becoming overwhelming and without it I become more sick than I allready am,the money I am seeking  to  raise.will go towards paying off some debt to make what I am earning working at  the capacity  that I. can  more manageable. what I have cannot be cured  the best I can hope for is remission witch is unlikely at my age  and will eventually kill me I am completely out of resources the last that i had were two small life insurance policies that I had to surrender to buy medication i had them in place so upon my death my wife could have at least. paid.   off the house  she receives very little  from disability  this is incredibly  humbling and depressing.      I am back to work (steel fabricator) but am not making 40 hrs yet, (I hope to be soon) my wife is disabled and awaiting back surgery, any help would be greatly appreciated, I will even try to pay back when I get on my feet, I know it sounds silly but I'm being honest thank you
