Children Arson Victim Rebuild fund
On September 4th, 2020 I received a phone call at 7AM from the local fire Marshall telling me that there was a fire at my ex's home and she had been arrested for arson. Press release on fire my ex attempted to kill herself, my son, and step daughter. I now have the children with me but I am paying $700 in child support and $1,200 in spousal support.
I need to replace the things lost in the fire and move as she knows where I live. My biggest fear is that she will get out and finish her plan. I need to pay for lawyers, therapist, and find childcare for my children. I need to pay a deposit and first month rent at a new home so that I can protect my children from her. I need to do all of this while still paying her child support and spousal support. I am fighting for my rights as a father but more importantly the rights of my children to LIVE.
