RIP Judy

I am no longer accepting donations to this go fund me.

Our beautiful and beloved Judy died in June. But thanks to the overwhelming generosity of the loving people who made donations to Judy we were able, up to the end, to keep giving her the care that she needed. She was in the best hospital in this part of Mexico and had the care of doctors who loved her. Though it was not enough to save her she never suffered. While the doctors did their best, she did not survive. Every day when I visited her she was always resting peacefully and was closely watched and cared for by the doctors and hospital staff. She always had the best lifesaving equipment and medicines. Her doctors were wonderful and caring. Even after she was transferred to a public hospital, her doctors at Punta Mita Hospital continued to contact me, first they were asking how she was doing, then after she died, to see how I was doing. But despite their generous care and concern, that treatment was not cheap. The bills mounted up. But thanks to your generosity some of it, a substantial portion, was covered. My life will go on without Judy but thanks to you it will also go on without the huge medical bills.

I will be forever thankful.
