Help Abudjana rebuild after war
Donation protected
Dear Friends and Supporters,
I am reaching out once again to rally support for my resilient friend, Abudjana Mohamed. Despite the hardships he has faced, he remains dedicated to his education and his mission to help others.
Abudjana, a young electrical engineering student, was forced to leave Khartoum due to the ongoing war. Even amidst the crisis, he committed himself to volunteering in an emergency room in Grifeh West for 122 days, providing critical aid in an area controlled by the Rapid Support Forces. His dedication came at a cost and he was arrested and physically harmed while in detention. After receiving medical treatment in Madani, he then relocated to New Halfa.
Thanks to your generous donations, Abudjana has been able to make significant strides:
- Obtain a new Sudanese passport
- Secure his academic certificates
- Travel and cover the visa application fees
These steps have enabled him to apply for university and plan his relocation to a more stable environment for his studies.
Recent Updates
Abudjana has been accepted into the Islamic University of Technology (IUT) on an OIC Partial Scholarship to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. This is an incredible opportunity for him, but financial obstacles remain.
The total tuition cost is $6,600. He has already paid $1,000 for his first year, but he still needs financial assistance to cover:
$2,000 annually for the next two years
$1,600 for the fourth year
