Motorcycle accident and recovery

Hi my name is Katie I am the mother of Nathan.

On Friday June 16, 2023 at 7:30 in then morning my son Nathan was involved in a motorcycle accident. He was taken by ambulance to Theda Clark hospital in Neenah. After hours of observation, testing & scans it was confirmed that Nathan had shattered his left pelvis, his stomach is severely bruised, his right kidney has blockage & a several bruised right knee from the impact of the crash & wrapping around the light post. Unfortunately Nathan does not have any type of health insurance due to being an independent contractor through his work. He will be going through several weeks of physical therapy and pain management. If his pelvis does not heal on its own he will have to undergo surgery to repair it. The doctors are saying he will not be able to work for 6months if not longer depending on his recovery. Nathan has to see an orthopedic doctor every two weeks during recovery. Nathan has an almost 2 year old daughter (Harmony) with his beautiful girlfriend Coral & they have a bouncing baby boy due in August. All donations will be going towards the family to help with housing, medical bills, medical equipment & treatments. Nathan was the sole provider of his little family, so this has and will definitely impact them financially in a major way. On top of the accident Nathan and his family have to move because the place he was living in sold. The new owner wants them out by July 1st. Putting more stress on his. We are trying to take the stress away from him so coral can focus on the new baby that will be arriving shortly. And Nathan to focus on his long road to recovery.
