Personal Hygiene & Wellness Kits for the Homeless

My goal is to create personal hygiene and wellness kits for homeless individuals in Ottawa, Ontario. Each kit contains all newly purchased items.  Currently, I am hand-delivering these kits to homeless individuals I come across.  

For $28, I can create one (1) kit that includes:
- 10 pairs of long black socks
- Hand towel
- Toque
- Reusable water bottle (washed)
- 2 packages of Mr. Noodles (vegetable)
- Toothpaste
- Disposable mask (new, sealed in a zip lock bag)

- A travel kit in a zippered bag with travel sized items:
- Toothbrush
- Mouthwash
- Full bar of soap
- 2 packages of wet wipes
- Disposable razor
- Shaving cream
- Small bottle of shampoo 

** Kits for women will contain a box of feminine hygiene products **


All items are placed in a reusable bag. Any donation is greatly appreciated.


Ottawa, alone, has an estimated 1,200 homeless people. Please help me make a small difference in their lives. Everyone deserves access to dental and personal hygiene. 

Please feel free to create your own kits using my list. All items will be purchased at Walmart for the time being. (It is the cheapest option so far. The less I spend per kit means I can devote more money to making more kits.)
