Hyrox Dublin X Macmillan Cancer Support

Hi, My name is Charlie and I’m taking part in Hyrox X Macmillan Dublin race this November.

There are three million people living with cancer in the UK, but right now, people with cancer are missing out on the support that’s right for them. Too many are waiting too long for diagnoses and treatment and are unable to access the care they desperately need.

From being at the end of the phone & online, to their volunteers supporting people through treatment and Macmillan health professionals are working tirelessly across the UK – Macmillan are here to move mountains to do whatever it takes.

The race starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional movement, which repeats 8 times, taking place in large indoor venues, creating a unique stadium like atmosphere for all participants.

1000m SkiErg

50m Sled push

50m Sled pull

80m Burpee broad jumps

1000m Rowing

200m Farmers carry

100m Sandbag lunges

75 x Wall balls
