HYROX LONDON 2023 - Macmillan Cancer Support

On Sunday 26th November, I will be competing in my first ever HYROX race. HYROX is a fitness race for Every Body, no matter your fitness level. The race starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional movement. This whole circuit repeats 8 times!
