HYROX MacMillan 2024

Hello! Me and my best friend will be participating in the 2024 Hyrox event in Birmingham, all in support of Macmillan Cancer Support. Hyrox is an incredible challenge that pushes me both physically and mentally, and I'm dedicated to completing it while raising funds for this cause. Every pound raised will directly support Macmillan's incredible work in providing essential services and support to those affected by cancer. With your generosity, we can make a meaningful difference together. Please consider donating whatever you can to help me reach my goal of £400. Your support means the world to me and to all those battling cancer. Thank you for joining me in this journey!

Hyrox is a global fitness race starting with a 1 km run followed by 1 functional movement. This circuit is repeated 8 times. The 8 functional movements include:
8K run
1000m SkiErg
50m Sled push
50m Sled pull
80m Burpee broad jumps
1000m Rowing
200m Farmers carry
100m Sandbag lunges
75 x Wall balls
