Keep my car on the road

My 2015 Toyota Venza recently failed Massachusetts emissions inspection. I cannot drive it after Oct 31st if I cannot get it fixed. My wife Teri has MS and I need a car to get her to her weekly physical therapy appointments as well as all her other medical appointments (just in October she has five appointments beyond her regular PT). I was driving this car for ridesharing apps, but it is not in good enough shape to keep doing that. Since this April I work driving a taxi and can barely make the $450 monthly payments on this car (they are extra high because I have bad credit) plus car insurance and all my other bills. I got an estimate for have in repaired and it is $2289.83. I have rounded up the total for this GoFundMe to cover the fees charged by the site.
