Falling behind

We're Caleb and Shannon. The last year and a half haven't been the greatest. My wife has been dealing with medical issues and between running to numerous doctors appointments, medications, and everything else, we've started falling behind. We're not asking for much, just enough to be able to get back on track before things get worse financially.
